Plans for the Nursery

We painted the nursery this weekend! When I say we, I mean Matt, me and my friend Tia and my mom.

Here are some pictures:

Before as our guest room - twin bed, old dresser, old duvet.

Matt trimed out the room for me, because that's my most unfavorite part. He was in NYC this weekend, so me and Tia completed the first coat on Friday night. (Sorry the pictures are so blurry, they're from my iPhone).

Coat # 2 on the trim. We also painted the ceiling the same color. My arms hurt so bad the next day!

All dry - on Saturday, Mom came over to finish the second coat. It didn't take any time at all with her help - she's a master painter! The color is called "Going Grey" (not a great name, Mr. I Name Paint Colors) but it's a soft grey with light blue undertones. It can go masculine or feminine!

Disregard the bed, it's now in our office.

And when Matt returned from NYC, he put the crib together for me. Voila! A nursery!
